Cleaned a customer around the corner

Done for 5 years
Bit of a snob but being the easy going fellow I am get on

We got a dog 2 yrs ago so bump into customer sometimes at weekends

Always stop brief chat

Customer has been less friendly last 6 months

You get the feeling all is not well 🤔

she’s a bit unloved among the neighbours

Quick to point out everyone’s wrong doings

Even though  her dog is locked in the garden

When there out and barks all the live long day 😬

See customer today and gave a cheerful hello

She looked through me
Total blank

I felt really silly 😛 and muggy
As she was only an arms length away

I did something foolish and text the customer 15 mins later

Hello Shirley, Lee window cleaner
Have I upset you?

Got this reply 🤦‍♂️ (poo!!)

Haven’t replied
Should I slam my head in the van door?

If so how many times 🤡

Customer,
Not really no, but you don’t always seem to want to talk when you are out walking your dog. What you will not know is that Paul had a heart attack 10 days ago & has only just come home last night

Anyone else done something like this 🙆🏻‍♂️😳

No, because I would never text a customer asking if I have upset them 😂
