No its an old unit with an office inside it. Modern ones in Chester are a bit more like £650 + VAT plus extras.. and i guess Im lucky to have water included for free

I’m looking for a farm unit or similar really as my work is rural,I travel from 1 rural area to another similar place so it will be a bit out the way.
My work covers quiet a large area so I’m able to pick up water on the way into work or on the way home which allows me to look slightly further a field,all I want really is a space that is about 18x18 but off the beaten track.

I can only tell you the bill that gets sent in. No water charges for that unit.

£200 per month, + water and power. Power is on a meter, and water bill is split 10 ways, as not individually metered.

Its on an old farm, and we know the owner. There's about 8 or 9 other units as well, and all pay the similar.

Size, is 6m x 4m ish, with 2 van sized doors. We don't bring vehicles in very often.

Lol hot hot hot I cracked a window today lads a think PVC 1 too that theory of squeaky clean Dave’s is complete nonsense,it wasn’t even cold out today either tbh.
He ho first 1 for a while it’s not much cooler on minimum tbh still very hot mine is.

I just want to keep my options open with the water,perfectly adequate at the moment and I could have it at home if I wanted I have 2 internal taps inside my garage.
