I’d go in at £8 a flat, still works out £288 work.. that way the occupants think there getting a good deal and you spinninv off 180 paynes in around half a day once the first clean has been done.I find with the blocks that I do weather isn’t a problem even in the bad rain I still do a lot of mine and don’t get any sly comments so turns in to a good fall back if the weather is bad for a few days

Starts to add up for the apartment owners.

I do a few blocks where the residents are in charge of there own budget there for cut the charge management out... either way your still be getting a good wage in one sector cutting more costs. I guess it all depends what you class as a good profitable wage.
