Envirodri crb
« on: October 19, 2019, 05:55:47 am »
Hi I am looking to add dry carpet cleaning to my services.

Currently use a truckmount and pile brush to agitate pre spray. Looking to use it to agitate also to offer a completely dry system where appropriate.

Get good results but always looking to improve things.

I have looked at the Pro 35 and multiwash then came across the envirodri system.

Anyone had any experience of the system and machine?

Thanks Jon

Hi Jonathon

I have an original Host machine that we  use for dry cleaning with sponges and we also use it for agitation on trashed carpets prior to extraction using a truck mount.

That way you have the best of both worlds.

Hi Steve thank you. Can I ask what your opinion of the dry clean over the TM?

Do you get much call for the dry cleaning and have any of your clients ever asked for it over the TM?

Thanks for your reply.

Hi Jonathon

There is no comparison.....TM wins by a country mile!

We have never been asked for it over a TM clean in domestic situations but commercially in dry sensitive areas ie.....needs to be dry immediately that is when the Host comes into its own.

Its brilliant for pre scrubbing trashed carpets prior to extraction on both residential and commercial carpets.

We will be using it this morning on an Indian Restaurant with a carpet that was laid 12 years ago and this is the first clean!!!!

Wish me luck!! :D

Wow that's going to be interesting, you will have to chunk it out of the waste tank.

Thank you for your answers. Cheers much appreciated.

Hi Steve I am just about to buy a pro 35, although not bought yet. Are you selling yours?

The only problem is that Host have gone bust and although you can get sponges, I am not sure you can get the other stuff?
Cheers

Hi Steve thanks for your reply, to be honest I have put the crb on hold.
I was hoping to venture into dry carpet cleaning, but my TM leaves the carpet dry quickly.
That said if I can pick up a good 2nd hand machine for agitation I would give it a go.
Thanks again
