It was suggested this week that to speed up you should cut out certain jobs: through the house, no direct side access, customers that want cleans at certain days/times, jobs below £25.How have people got on doing this?It seems to me that it would be easier/more advantageous for the single van business, but is it also the best way to go if you want to grow to 2 or more vans?
I think it’s like Daz said the other day we are all shifting sand in order to get it into the best shape we can,any job I get asked to look at if it doesn’t suit me I won’t take it on you have to learn to say no or you’ll get your work how you want it and within 4-5 years you are back to where you were again doing stuff you don’t really want to be doing.
