Hi, I need a risk and method statement for WFP cleaning from a mansafe system on a  flat roof... can anyone help?

Just basically describe what you’ll be doing, and talk about any risks involved and how you’ll overcome them.

I used to take RAMS really seriously, untill I realised as long as you cover the basics, most companies don’t care at all.

Although i agree with this to a degree most companies don't care or don't have the knowledge on what's needed, its IF something goes wrong and you haven't done all the necessary paperwork and checks on your side then you'll be in trouble.
