Hi CP
I know lots of WCs in Newcastle who are happy to clean 3 bed semis for £2.00 to £3.00. I,m not on benefits so have to charge more, but its an up hill struggle 1 guy said to me the other day "£4.50 I want them cleaned not replaced". The last guy charged £1.80 till he got done for dole fraud. I do about 1 in 10 houses on this street, but would get the lot if I dropped my prices. I'd be very busy but very poor the choice is yours.
If you want to buy a round and would like me to view it with you just email me.
Regards Mal

Yes am doing allright i get about half of quotes as customers at this price. Today was on an estate that i use wfp i lost 1 to a guy who undercut me (£3.00) and gained 6, 4 by word of mouth (they allready knew the price) and 2 who have been watching me work. there are 2 other wc's on the estate. Both are so cheap they must be on the dole but I keep picking up customers who have seen them or used them befor because 1 is a poor WC and the other a poor WC & drunk.
Are you established, starting or about to start?
Where in Newcastle do you want to work?.
