I know the recommended dry lube is ptfe spray for poles but wondered has anyone tried giving them a coat of car wax and how it would go🤔

I have used a cheap spray wax carplan brand. Making sure I don’t get it near or on the brush head I find it leaves a coat of protection made sure I done it out and f warranty. Works for me and doesn’t seem to lose any grip for the clamps.
I dare say it would be a sin for some 😬😁

Haha I can only see it helping the glide of the pole if you put it on lightly and made sure you wiped it right off, dry ptfe just doesn’t last at all!
