Daz , how hot was the water ?
They all do it they can’t handle hot water at all that’s the next thing they need to get to grips with,once you’ve got a brush innthat condition new or not it’s had it if you reshaped it the problem would re occur in minutes with hot water. It’s no good coming back with you need to use the stiff versions because they are ridiculously stiff.
