Customer stain removal attempt

Had a look at this stain this morning
They lady had Attacked it with foam cleaner, no difference to the stain but bleached the fabric and left a watermark...

An uneducated punter without any knowledge of carpet/upholstery stain removal gives it a go and get's their fingers burned. You now have a customer for life Mike as they will never give it a go again and will leave it to the professionals.

She had bleached the colour out of the fabric, even it I had removed the stain there would still be a very noticeable mark left, I didn't attempt a removal, she would have had to pay £65 for a result she would not have not been happy with.... the advice came free
