Is anyone able to submit photos of their kit out in back of van re storage.
My van is a ford transit with a 500ltr tank in bank with 4stage filtration.
also loaded not always all of them ; gutter vac/petrol pressure washer/carpet cleaning machine with 75ft of 50mm hoses.

looking for ideas and inspiration to make storage more user friendly and practical.
i.e pole storage (i have 3 poles)/numerous brushes/toolbox 
would be great to see some ideas if your able to submit picture would be awesome. if you can many thanks as want to start project to refit soon.

I use black drain pipes cut to size. These are supported by rails and holders from Grippatank, which can be adjusted, or slid into different positions, but you can make your own holders.
I use hooks from B&Q for the brushes.

Yes thanks Dazmond. I remembered you saying that before to someone on here whilst i was trying to upload. I did do that when it said file size was too big but it still wouldn’t. I think i refreshed the page in the end or closed it & reopened it. Was painful though!

i just use black soil pipes (from B&Q)cut to size......AND HEAVY DUTY ZIP TIES to fix them to my inside roof..

i remember spruce saying they wouldnt last 5 mins.....well they ve been up for nearly 3 years now and still solid as a rock...

i use door cards from grippatank for spare brushes/goosenecks and odds and ends like PTFE spray/WD40/hand wash/trad detergent/CIF cream cleaner/sticky stuff remover,etc.....

Daz, you have to realise where I come from. I grew up in a mining town and supplied goods into the mining industry. I can tell you that those miners destroyed everything. So I was recalling past experience.

If you were going to build a bridge for foot traffic you might consider a maximum weight of 5 tonnes in use. So you design it to carry 10 tonnes to be safe. Over in Africa you build it to hold 100 tonnes. In all probability you might be called back to it to find your bridge is bent.
A day or 2 later you will find that the bridge has been stolen.

you cant compare building a  bridge(a remarkable feat of engineering)to fixing a tube to hold very light carbon poles in a van...... ....

ive had these heavy duty zip ties for years,its good to put a few of em to good use......

why do you need so many cones?i dont have any these days.....i was either leaving them behind on jobs,driving over them in my van or people nearly tripping over them!so i got rid....

I only carry the blow away one's for window cleaning now. And use the orange cones to block the path when using the pw.
