Building a telescopic lance
« on: August 05, 2019, 06:57:47 pm »
Could anyone suggest a way I can secure my turbo nozzle to my telescopic pole that I use for my roof cleaning business?

At the moment it’s too loose and the turbo nozzle spins around at the end of the pole...

Not sure superglue and gorilla tape will cut it...

Use a bar  attachment  like this down the section,   pack the bar out then cut a channel of the section so yo can fit a jubilee clip which will tighten onto the bar holding it in place

Just a cleaning 8m pole I found on amazon. Does the job. Strong. Light weight and can run my jetwash hose through it.

Didn’t want to invest in a gardiner one just yet in case it couldn’t be done...

I’ve just built one but struggling to get pressure at height and hose fully extended !

I'll see if I can find time to get pictures of a converted clx I use

be aware once you get longer than 3 meters they are virtually uncontrollable at pressure over 120 BAR
