I’m in the market for some new brushes , I want to stick with standard width and lightness is key for me , I use these 2 , Superlite and Ultimate, I also use Extreme as well.
I always have a play at getting them lighter once they have had a bit of use , in fact I’m going to butcher this Ultimate in a minute to see what weight I can shave off.
The superlite has already had the treatment some time ago , I will get the weights of that while I’m at it !

Funny you say "light" work. I was looking into getting a brush like that but the weight put me right off. If I remember right that set up comes in at over half a kilo?

Just the jets and tubing comes in heavier than an extreme, I dont mind a heavier brush for part of the day but I think that's just overkill. My tucker brushes are 300 gram and I sometimes have to swap them out for soemthing lighter, I think 500+ grams wouldn't be acceptable for me.

Whats the agitation like?

How long have you been wfp'ing  Spotfree ? before the Gardiner days we had no choice but to use heavy over the top brushes when we where able to get rid there was no real noticeable difference in the agitation, even to this day I'm still impressed at how well the xtreme brush lifts things like stubborn bird muck.
About 5 years, I started with one of them big green unger sill brush jobbies.

I agree about the extremes, they are surprisingly good.

Forgot to say that I probably do half the hours you do so I would expect at least 6 months of full time .
For the cost it’s worth finding out if it’s the brush for you .
Alex supplied me a couple right after my stroke and I can honestly say that I reckon they kept me in the game !

Cheers , mine was mild but it still put me off the tools for 3 months and off driving for 12 , I’m not like I was but I’m still vertical so that’s a bonus!
Glad your mo in law got through ok as it’s a wrecker if you get it bad

Madness.........absolute madness IMO......your just making your working day a lot harder than it needs to be.....esp on properties with awkward access windows.....

I do have to agree with Daz here  :o
Nath I have heard you say before that most times you arrive to light dust , no more, why then do you need Triggers broom , surely an Extreme would wing it bud ?

I don't like the flimsy light brush, it feels like a toy brush that I buy my kids.  It's that light that I could launch it to space 😂
Also the stock isn't stiff enough for me, I don't like the splay either.

I understand how some want to have a light pole and light brushes and how some really do need that in order to work still and I respect that.
I also understand how ones like to think about wear n tear on the body, but then others rant on about going to the gym etc etc to perhaps keep fit/build stronger muscles or stamina train.  Yet moan at a slightly heavier brush which your body gets used to and strengthens through repetitive use. If used correctly.
I've been using it every day for quite a while and I'm just over 40 now and not feeling it yet.  Perhaps when I'm much older and need to, then I will perhaps try lighter brushes but for now, it's the best brush I've tried and in my first year, I went through a lot of brushes to find out (nope, I ain't got any stashed in the shed, I've passed them onto friends)
