Which model Partner van? If you give us a little more detail then hopefully you'll get some response.

My son had a 2002 Partner 800 LX a few years back which he overfilled with oil and wrecked the engine with a diesel run-on.

We replaced it with a 2002 Citroen Berlingo 800 LX  (basically the same van). It has a 500 liter tank in the back.

His original van had a factory fit half steel lower bulkhead with upper mesh bulkhead. We transferred it to his current van after a modification. (His original van did not have a side sliding door.) Its plenty strong enough. Its the "not so cheap" accessories purchased from van accessory dealers that are rubbish.
