What would you charge for this
« on: June 17, 2019, 06:37:06 pm »

We have been asked to quote for cleaning these windows inside and out, on this bathroom showroom  (but not the triangular window on the roof)

Here is the link:

What would you guys charge for this place inside and out? The windows are absolutely huge.

it looks a nice, easy job......id charge £90 inside and out and probably take 120 mins first clean/90 mins on regular cleans......id use a small trad pole and trad the whole job inside and out and offer to clean it 4 weekly...
price higher/work harder!

its easy mate......no i wouldnt use a wagtail,id use an 18in squeegee,id only need to trad pole the top foot of the window as im over 6ft tall with long arms....personally i think it would just be easier to trad the lot as your gonna need to trad the insides anyway......

Trad £150 for first wash inside & out.

£90 after that.

By the time wfp out and ready could have done the trad outside.

im thinking..

4 weekly = 135+VAT
8 weekly = 180+VAT
one off = 245+VAT

its the type of job that could become a real ball ache to do so i'd want to make sure i was getting enough to make it worthwhile

On a 4 weekly schedule I would WFP outside for £30, for the insides I would advise them that 4 weekly is overkill and to keep cost down a 12 weekly schedule would suffice ( I don’t like doing insides ) at a cost of £90 in and out.

I’m guessing those that are saying £180 and £245 don’t do much retail cleaning?

Looks like a simple hours work, trad cleaning it inside and out.

As long as it was close to other work I’d want £60 - 4 weekly but would expect some local trad cleaner to pick it up for £20.

I'm a newbie, never take my bucket off my belt (awkward to drive but got to be prepared at all times for that one dirty pane) ;D

true!

i'd just price it against what i would get domestic for the time (inc travel) and the hassle of needing to do internal in opening hours

i really hate to get an big underpriced job with hassle of a time time constraint (insides)

but im sure your right and i probably wouldnt get it

Being realistic, it's £90.00.

Been optimistic, it's £120.00.

Being overly hopeful and chancing it, it's £150.00.
