The other forum seems busy though.

Yeah I suppose this forum has a reputation. The ‘other’ forum is much ‘busier’.

Without Nathan, I’d be gone, he is my source of entertainment on here.

Ahhhh thank you zesty, that's very kind mate

It’s actually true, some of the stuff you come up with does actually entertain me.  😁

Especially your YouTube vids. Love the homemade shaky vids, especially the ones where your filming with one hand and trying to do some intricate thing with the other, and the camera phone is all over the place wobbling around.

It’s brilliant entertainment!

It's not dying.
It's just re-inventing itself...
...it's the way of things!  ;)

The thing is that its the same questions that are asked over and over again. There are only so many times that you can repeat the same answer.

The world is changing. Some of the now generation want instant answers and can't be bothered to do research.

Success is 1% inspiration, 98% perspiration and 2% attention to detail!

The older I get, the better I was ;)

They don't allow that kind of filth on Youtube do they?

This forum has made a MASSIVE difference to me over the last 10 years.....

I've got a round,,income, van and equipment that I could of only dreamt about 10 years ago....and it's mainly thanks to this forum and the people that have helped me and shared their knowledge and wisdom over the years......

When I meet some other window cleaners a lot of them haven't a clue really in regards to equipment and stuff.....

I met a guy the other week who spent £6k on a 400l cold water system from ionics with manual reel,he could of bought a grippa hot water system with a PF electric reel for that price and a 500l tank!a lot are still using heavy poles and brushes,8mm minibore hose and a tap for water control........the list goes on......

I love this forum......it might not be as busy as it once was but I still enjoy the banter and the odd nugget of good info that helps make our days that bit easier, more productive and profitable......
price higher/work harder!

Really Matt?..........have you never tried a uni valve on your main pole?

I've never known a WC to go back to a tap after getting a univalve.....I've had mine for a few years,it still works as good as the day I bought it.......

You're ok, Nate.
I take the pee out of you but you're a nice bloke; I can tell.
Don't take it personally; it's the likes of you that keep the forum going  ;)
It's no wonder it's dying (joke, joke 😆).

I use both the tap and univalve (on separate poles).
The uni valve is good but because of how I work, I much prefer the tap so I'm not dragging the pole hose.  However, if I didn't work in such a manner, I would be 100% uni valve, but that's what is great about the industry at the moment, there is plenty of choice to suit individual needs

I have, Ive had mine 7 years and still going strong, fast, reliable and without need for anti-virus. But I bet Daz has a Windows machine. He should know better, there's no comparison.
