How do you catch pneumonia from exterior cleaning in the rain?

You don't catch it. It develops. It creeps up on you.
Especially on exterior cleans. In the rain. Particularly Stirlingshire rain.
It goes straight to your chest.

Have you ever done an exterior clean in Stirlingshire rain?
I've not and I've never had pneumonia, so what does that tell you?
