No not a critic really ...I just think you prat around wasting time on silly unnecessary things and just try and think of problems that are not even there. ..nothing personal. I tend to just get on with things and keep it simple gives me more time to do things out of work in my personal life.

To be clear, it's not dumping an whole area because it's pita work.  It's just changing things around to make it more interesting than doing the same houses, month by month or even 8 weekly.
After 16yrs (officially as sole trader) its time for a change of area. Yes the pitaj obs got weeded out along time ago. I just fancy a change of area.
Obviously anyone who's been doing this for some time, simply won't take on pita work to begin with and that's true even if your building a new round up in a different area.

I’ve cleaned some of my houses/customers 27 years. I don’t feel the need for a change of area. A few years ago I decided to start taking on more work rather than turning it away. That’s when I started expanding & employing.
