Sadly the photo doesn't do justice for the actual staining on the sills n frames.
This is a new customer who has recently moved into her new house. As I do a lot on the street, I was highly recommended and mentioned I can help remove or reduce this yellow staining on first clean.
However, I have faded it quite a bit compared to what it was like. (I didn't take a before picture as I didn't think I wud need to).
I've used magic erasers, Tfr and even white T-cut, all the stuff that has normally worked for me in the past. (yes, even concrete melting hot water 😂😂 before anyone suggests it  )
Yetithasnt shifted it fully. Its still shows a yellowish tint, enough for it to noticed.  Anyone any ideas, or has it had it!

I am guessing that although the house is new to her, it is not a new house. What you are seeing is phthalates  leeching out of the plastic. phthalates  are in virtually every piece of plastic manufactured and in constant sunlight  leech out after a few years.
Although they are mixed in the plastic mixture, they don't actually bond within any other product, and so they can leech out.  Basically you will not remove the stain totally, just lessen it with scouring pads.

I have a disclaimer on any quote i do

I've never felt responsible for the years of neglect people impose on their properties. It's like carpet cleaning, i'll clean a carpet but   stain removal is extra.

Soz! I've had a bad week experiencing a handful of custards insisting they want a quote for work but refusing a site visit or even an address for the usual google searches. I think the fair-weather cleaners are out of winter hibernation and on the prowl. Two residents in my road had block paved driveways cleaned in February - nobody has been back to reintroduce kiln dried sand to the joints and already weeds are growing up through the joints (c'est la vie)
