I hope I'm fit and well for my age in my 70's.
I don't want to have to work then but I quite like the idea of a couple of half days (3 hours) a week of easy work paying the equivalent of the better side of a £100 a time. Maybe just do that two weeks a month and that adds over £400 a month to any other income you might have.
Perfect for treats for grandkids, days out, weekends away. And it keeps you moving and healthy.
Don't know if I'd do it in my 70's but certainly mid 60's when state pension kicks in - employ someone on the bulk of the round, pay them £2000 in wages, bonuses and costs and bring in north of £3000. That would be £1000 a month for admin and oversight. Then if it's the right person sell them the round when I'm 70 and let them pay me monthly over 12/18/24 months.
