Get rid of it in less than a week I put up with it for 2 years and thought this is the end of me here,hands out in front of you palms up as if you were going to carry something arms straight,take one hand and pull fingers back towards you and hold a good stretch for 10 seconds.
Make sure it’s a proper stretch repeat other arm,first of all massage the insides of the forearms first to loosen them up,if you do this for a week and it doesn’t go I will be very surprised,do each stretch 10-15 times per arm.
