You may hate cyclists on the road, but they are allowed to be and I agree 3 abreast is wrong.
Riding two abreast is legal.
The comment about you would run them over if you could get away with it is a stupid thing to say.
Getting back on topic, I use a back pack on a sack truck I have yellow warning signs plus my hose is bright red

ok run them over was a bit strong.....i meant gently push them into a grass verge while their on their bikes.....is that better? ;D
price higher/work harder!

It may sometimes be irritating but the health and  safety obligations are a serious threat to business if something goes wrong and all the safe steps haven't been taken.
