New van set up

Just thought i would share with you guys my new van set up from Varitech

do you not get leaks having DI vessels in the van?they look like they d leak within a few months....

Looks good, only criticism would be I would get rid of the wood, with all that water it will just go mouldy,

The tanks I am not keen on because the baffling is pretty poor and the weight distribution on the vehicle because is it a upright tank the handling of the van will suffer.

Its good that you have somewhere to put your poles but there is no need to keep DI units in the van, finally I would have mounted the controller where it can be reached from the back door

I like my di vessels in the vehicle it makes filling time much quicker at the end of the day. Just fill at mains pressure and purify as it's needed on the job. If I was to run low I could fill at a customers if needed .

Usually the driver side rear door opens first. I would have the hose reel on the other side, so you only need to open one of the rear doors.

with the Fiat Doblo the left door opens first so the reel is on the correct side. its Italian so would be LHD usually which is why left door opens first

The controllers only need to be switched on at the start of shift and off at the end so there's no real need to have them mounted at the back door, I assume they are mounted on the side of the frame like some of the Purefreedom frames.

I need the di vessels as the water runs through them to purify the water
It a Vauxhall combo same as the Doblo
The controller is at the side so no problem turning on and off,

If I get a drip I replace them straight away.
I will water proof the wood .

It looks like you have the swb model. Everything seems to fits in nicely.

It could be an optical illusion but the tank looks very narrow (front to back). If so this would make it very top heavy and unstable in a crash IMO.

Exactly, another advantage is for things like upvc cleaning where you don't need pure you can bypass the DI and save on resin.
