Cleaner Planner & Franchising?
« on: March 03, 2019, 02:14:42 pm »
Hello All.

Does anyone franchise and use Cleaner Planner?

If so how do you have it setup?  Can cleaner planner have franchisee users as part of one main account? Or does each franchisee need to have their own cleaner planner account?

Thanks
Andy

For the purpose of separating the businesses it's best to have each franchisee on a separate account.

From the main account you can transfer jobs to and from accounts.

Also if you intend to use GoCardless its best they each have their own accounts as well.

Best to have their own account, but as Franchisor, CP  can link their account linked to yours, so you can select their account from a drop down box to view their CP account, as if you had logged in as them.

Only downside you are unable to move work between the accounts.

As a franchise I would say thats an advantage
Vin has several Franchises - I think he uses Aworka but has control over all the accounts - each one has access to their own "user" account so I would have thought CP can run the same - perhaps Vin might pop on and explain better

I have Franchisees and use Cleanerplanner.
It works great. You can have as many rounds set up as you want and can allow Franchisees as much access as they need. You can limit them to their own round or allow more access if desired.
Only problem I experience is when someone has a holiday. You can't move just one round forward, it's all or nothing. I used to email support and give them the round and dates to move it to and they would do it for me. Not needed to do it with the new owners yet.
Cheers
