I wouldnt have it for me to use anyhow , I am the original tinkerman so would have whipped the system out and got shot of the van on its own , then had a crack at the heater , cant be much wrong I wouldnt have thought !

Not that I would buy it (steer clear of the vivaro/traffic vans imo) but id rip out the ionic thermopure and plop in a diy system that doesn't tie me down to a single manufacturer..

Why on earth would you rip out a professionally fitted , crash tested system to fit a crappy wyedale tank ?

You dont have to use the filters , i removed mine as i use a static system , but you can easily bolt a 4040 to the ionics tank if you need to.

Not that I would buy it (steer clear of the vivaro/traffic vans imo) but id rip out the ionic thermopure and plop in a diy system that doesn't tie me down to a single manufacturer..

Because, a tank is a tank regardless of the flashy logos and slogans plastered all over it that's why..

Crash tested nonsense. As long as the weight doesn't exeed the payload, and it's bolted down and has a bulkhead your ok, but nine times put of ten most people are over their payload without knowing anyway, it's not like we have scales in the van to check..

Crash tested nonsense, vans are designed to carry heavy loads. Don't fall for the marketing hype.

My advice would be to take photos of the van and the system and give some detailed info on the van; mileage, MOT etc.

These days people have become accustomed to seeing photos of the product advertised.

The bulkhead will not save you from a tank that comes loose and hits it , there is a difference between diy bolting a tank in and doing it properly , with the right size plates etc .
