Outside Sub Water Metre

How much have you paid out to get on fitted?

Was wondering if its worth doing to save a bit of money on my waste charges from my water company.  I have already had a conversation with them who recommends getting one fitted so they can apply it to my account.

Plumb it in yourself - basically the meter has a thread each end

At worst you may need to cut a pipe and fit a jg fitting - if your not sure a handyman could do it for £30 or so

Dead easy, got one off ebay, proper approval. I take readings monthly and calculate expense at year end.
