I would imagine its all to do the the cost of providing a service and the amount of customers they actually serve.

Would I travel into London to get a system installed when, with a little less stress, I could travel further into the 'country' and have my system installed there? I see the London congestion charge and emission zones as a round about way of telling me that I'm not welcome, even if the charges didn't apply.

Then you have suppliers like Grippatank who will travel to you.

You also have the other option to order a system and have it installed by a trusted local garage. Daz did that. He bought a tank frame from Purefreedom. He already had the tank and his local garage fitted it for £80.  He just had to 'plug in' his pump box.
However, he did take some time off and travelled to Grippatank to have a diesel heater installed by them. I believe he is returning to GT to have his diesel heater serviced in the near future. ;)

I went up to Pure Freedom from Newbury the night before and stayed in a Travelodge. Took the wife for one of them. But I don't get out much.

how on earth do you keep that up?5 or 6 hours "on the glass" per day 4 or 5 days a week is enough for me during reasonable hours...... :o....normally between 9am-4pm.....

grippatank is not too far from you.theyll fit a system on your driveway too (or you can drive to their main fitting centre)....

you could order a tank and frame online, get a garage to fit it and just add a pumpbox and reel if its a cold water delivery system your after....

price higher/work harder!

That sounds like hell on earth.

I'm knackered after a good 6 hour day.

Still whether you take it somewhere else or get someone to come to you or do it yourself it's still going to be time taken away from working.

It’s tough but  when it’s a rainy day  or generally bad week weather wise   I still have money coming in from  those early morning jobs .
