Have you compared the  cost of adding the stable to your overall outlays to just filling up at a water filling station if you have one nearby?

Rent the stable and install a load of IBC tanks and sell pure from the barn. Does the barn have locks on the door? How much of a ballache is it filling your van ATM? Rent the stable until you move house at least.

Whats £50 a month ? - esp with the water and leccie thrown in - surely 7 miles is what 10 minute drive ? hardly a big issue for filling up each day

Assume you have the water production in back of van.
Why not use a hose pipe to say front wall install outside Tap at front , but get a plumber to make it a push fit john guest type thing so you can connect up and shut the front door, assuming your main issue is hose through door?
Also maybe a booster pump in van to speed production up.
As your moving house in future I would not bother with the unit option as  that can go tits up at a moments notice

Although I wouldn’t do the free window cleaning. I’d rather pay the extra in rent then charge for the windows. Simpler.
