What does this mean for you?
• We are bringing fresh energy to the service and you will start seeing at first small and then big improvements in the coming months. In the near future, we will reach out to you to learn about how we can improve the service.
• With the change in ownership, we can pass on some savings to you! From February 1st, you will no longer pay VAT on your CleanerPlanner subscription.
o If you are VAT registered and currently reclaim this VAT from HMRC or your tax authority, you will no longer need to do this as you will not be paying VAT to us.
o If you are outside the EU and not paying VAT, your payment will not change.
• We respect your privacy and will continue to ensure that your information is governed by the same strict GDPR compliant privacy policies that are already in place.
