I have been using sage act since 2003.

Its a proper sales contact CRM system used in all big and small companies for all sorts of services.

It does sales forcasts, job bookings, custom reports etc, it will also mail merge, send out batch letters and emails.

Its not cloud based, so no need to rely on a third party to provide a 'service' the data is secure, and trust me it doesn't matter what these companies say about your customers data, if it's stored in the cloud, it can be accessed by anyone in the cloud, and you are foolish to think that your business information, and round info isn't viewed as an asset by these providers as they have the data, and and that equals power and value to them.

Keep your customers info on a local machine isolated from the internet. Thats what i do.

I've used ACT as a sales contact tool in the past. It isn't suitable for round management in my opinion although I do wish Aworka had the note taking element of ACT or the scheduling of calls etc.

cleaner planner will  make it possible for you to organise your work more efficiently in less time,it really is a great window cleaning software program...its simple, smooth and slick....and will save you time and ink/paper......the mobile app is great too for adding jobs when out and about, updating worksheets/debt lists,etc......

try the 30 day trial.....you wont regret it.....

also the flexibility on the planner with "drag and drop" for juggling jobs about is ace.......

Cleaner planner £29 per month (if you want GoCardless) versus Aworka, £10 per month, GoCardless included.

Look at Aworka before you look at Cleanerplanner.  It's excellent as well as being far, far cheaper than CP.

I agree. I trialled both and plumped for Aworka. In my opinion it's a better product but additional users do add £5 each so bear that in mind.

Ahh yes on its own its not quite there.

But i used to develop and customise ACT for other customers and it can be very specific to your needs and work very well

Having used both imo CleanerPlanner is in a different league to aworka , however , this was a lot down to rob being good and his job , maybe it will be great , maybe it won’t , guess we’re just going to have to find out

I have used both too. Why do you say CP is in a different league? I may look again as it’s year end. My problems with Aworka are as follows.
- I can’t see every job on the planner on one screen. So I’ve got to skip through 3 rounds on differen planning screens to juggle work around.

- I can’t see the whole address on the planning screen so I’ve got to click on a job to find which town it’s in.

When I looked at CP the planning screens were cumbersome and the system was sloooow.

I know we run our rounds different to most as we specify a day and we clean on that day - all our customers are in rounds so we tend to do a set village as a whole on one day however if we get one out of sync or extra job then it shows on the planner as XXX village - maybe this would help you identify where the jobs are situated

Never argue with an idiot, they will only bring you down to their level, and beat you with experience

The way I currently do it probably needs changing. I have three rounds. One for each member of staff. What I probably should do is create different rounds for each town or village as you do. It will certainly make it easier to plan and then assign rounds to staff members. Hmmm. A lot of work.

I have a round each staff member. Works just fine.

Is their anything new with cleaner planner yet it’s be about four months since I moved to squeegee.ee but I’m thinking about going back to cloud based instead of an app due to a better debts page and printable worksheets etc

Thanks Paul

You could also have "Area Rounds" for each operator, i.e. "name - area"

I notice Squeegee now applies an "additional" 0.5% to 1% charge for GoCardless and Stripe transactions dependant on the package used.

Yes I know mate but it's long winded to do them individually when you have 20+ to do.
