Piece of cake, 14" U Bolts onto a 7" chassis and a 28Tonne truck, (my personal fav is a 2008 Seddon Atkinson low loader) but you can use any thing, even a Volvo85 or Daf116L  will get the job done

Make a leccy reel for it. A 2000v motor should do it
