My mate  used to be into marine engines and boats and he came up with an interesting idea that they use on boats to warm shower water up, he reconds that if you diverted the water hose from your engine through a hose and wrapped it around the inside of your tank and out again into your engine,it would heat up enough to take away the freezing aspect of cold morning freezing problems.
