Cleaner Planner Help
« on: December 05, 2018, 03:53:33 pm »
I have about 5-10 customers per year who want to skip cleans until March.  I'm quite happy with this as it avoids us risk getting behind in winter and its only a small percentage of customers that do this makes the days a bit easier.

How can i set it on cleaner planner to add them back onto the round in March?  Which is the easiest way of doing it.  I just want to make sure i dont forget about them in march when they want to be cleaned again.

Cheers

Go on the Jobs tab, select the job you want to change, then select schedule and change the date in the due column.

Go on the Jobs tab, select the job you want to change, then select schedule and change the date in the due column.

What will happen then?  Will it automatically appear on the planner section for the due date?  I've only just started using Cleaner Planner infact im still not fully setup so figuring it out as i go along.

Thanks

It’ll show back on the planner on the date that you set the “next clean due.”

So if you set the job to be next due on the first of March, that’s when it’ll show back up on the planner.
Why don't you have a quick google before making stupid comments?

Hopefully not any of my old customers doing this to you Josh😱
One problem with custies doing this to you is others get to hear and follow suit
I've got to the point where most who say this get let go, I say I'm not a seasonal worker
All down to you how you deal with it of course

Hi Jon, no none of your customers they are all good as gold!  It is just customers ive had since i started.  Any new customers who want it seasonal get dropped like flies.  I will toughen up though moving forward.
