Hello all
Does anybody know how to account for add on jobs you may do for existing customers without having to input everything into a new job?
I want to account for everything on my earnings and debts list for the accountant
Thanks in advance for any reply’s

When you click on job done the next screen where you click on paid you can add or edit the job.  Just add the extra job to the current which then calculates the final bill for customer.   You can always put notes on the customer file to remind you of any quotes you have given them.

If we had an annual job to do such as a gutter clear, fascia and gutter clean then we might have 2 jobs for the same person; one for cleaning windows and the other for the add on job.
Now we don't bother and add any quoted price to the job and make a note of it in the Notes section as The Jester has advised.
Success is 1% inspiration, 98% perspiration and 2% attention to detail!

Its good enough for me tbh.
However, we use Pocket George and the third pda is starting to play up.
