I can see how it happens.
I got a text just the other day "said you've cleaned my windows but that patio door is still filthy with paw prints"
He may have been right, it was ping it down and I didn't notice anything need any extra scrubbing....

This is the point where you need to breathe, my initial reaction was how dare you question my integrity you skinny little idiot bag, I got close to letting him know that I was insulted .... however I simply said, I'll call back and have a look and rectify.
To be honest I think there is a line, I'll tolerate an idiot to a point, but if it's getting close to being rude or insulting I'll lose it and they can feck right off...I won't be taken for a mug and suck it up in the name of customer service.
That's why we are self employed, I used to work in retail and some of the abuse I had seen people take was unreal.
