  Hi dazmond,  in between jobs when your driving to your next job, i know you leave your Hydroheat on, heating and
  recirculating the water, what flow number do you have the pump on while its recirculating while your driving to next job.

If you have it on 10 it will be piping hot the higher you have the flow the less hot the water will be,I’ve always used mine return to tank on 10 if I know I’m going to a job with PVC as I know it won’t damage glass if it’s old style windows- glass I turn it up on the flow meter. Saying that with this heater if I’m doing old style glass I will turn the burner down to minimum.

Depends on your calibration.  I reduce mine down to 1 third of my flow rate.

i dont change it.....my flow is usually on 35-40 all the time im cleaning windows and when plugged in recirculating........

window cleaning is a part time job,my main hobbies are bodybuilding and playing drums in a band....

You don’t need to alter the controller between jobs yes if you drop the flow rate it will get hotter but you don t need to 60-70 degrees is hot enough for anyone surely, I find that hose is that hot you struggle to hold it ,
