I ordered on 1 November for new membrane and housing and resin etc, but to date today I've not heard from them and no items delivered, anyone else had issue with grippatank it's first time I've used them and starting to feel unimpressed and running out of time as I'll soon not be able to produce pure water,

You should have just phoned them first & given them chance to explain before trying to shame them on a public forum IMO.
There was a perfectly reasonable, though frustrating, explantion.

my point exactly should have to be chasing anything up, I knew I should have arranged to pick it up as I'm only in letchworth  order numbers 100001740 and 100001741.

no and by the sounds of it thank god, ive always ordered from one manufacturer for years i like to be loyal but also ive done there field testing for years but alex has Stopped doing filtration shame as I have the original test unit Alex sent me years ago long before grippa existed, I've spent hundred of hours testing and comunicating with Alex, this is first  time I've ordered from grippa and it's slow that's why the thread as it's not really positive way to do business, if they find it quick I shall come drive and pick the stuff up as I'm out of production by this week and they will be the cause of it, to think back I convinced a mate Michael Aqualina to have one of grippa early systems when they were still involved with Alex, almost wish I hadn't promoted them to many if this is how business is done,
some may know me as smithy over many forums and all the early years of involvement to wfp, so I don't write this lightly without cause,

But Alex and Grippa are both next day or very close to , surely after 3 working days you would have been on the phone chasing up your bits , I would have , and if you have had this much contact with Alex then surely it would have been investigated rather rapidly for you ?

it's nothing to do with Alex anymore grippatank is separate from Gardiner poles in the being they were heavily involved but not theses days I'm not sure who holds the patent, as for chasing them after three days I would if I was able to but due to slipped disk in my back and having new Windows fitted the last thing I should have to be doing is chasing a so called professional company after shelling out three an half hundred quid, but I shall be.
plus I don't need to verify my contact with Alex as many long term fellas on here now my credentials but there 10 years in there. please do your own conversion to confirm if you like.

I simply pointed out that a phone call is all that was needed , I did not realise that you had no possible way of getting to a phone or picking up the mobile that was probably beside you !

If you’ve got a slipped disc, then I wouldn’t worry about a few extra days to Get Your filtration sorted. Surely you need the time off to rest.

They should take the word Brodex, and put it in the dictionary.

Brodex- to overcharge for work not completed, to lie and make excuses and treat customers with contempt.

I don't know why people get their pants in a twist when someone posts a question regarding certain companies. The guy ordered something from a supplier and didn't get it when he expected, so he asks a perfectly reasonable question and folks are trying to shoot him down!
Is it ok for suppliers to blame it on the carriers and then everything is fine and dandy? Surely their system tells them where the goods are and if somethings not right they act on it. Posting it on here has got an immediate response from the company as I've seen before so what's the big deal with those that are trying to shoot him down and anyone else that happens to mention these companies.
