If your batteries are not holding their charge as well, it could be because you let them get too depleted when you first got your system.I remember you were adamant they did not need charging each night because of your split charge relay. The heater takes a lot out of batteries, especially on cold nights when the frost stat kicks in a few times.
Hi mate.....so you ve had your grippa hot system 4 years now is it?have u had to replace the batteries?I'm assuming you have 2x105ah numax batteries and smart split charge relay the same as mine......Also have u had to replace anything on your heater system in the 4 years you 've had it?Cheers pal
Just make sure the coolant remains topped up.

Yea I get a bit of steam from the screw on cap after it's been running a while.Never fill the coolant tank to the max. Only maybe 3 quaters full max
