What use is buying new a new battery and new charger if you don't have a good feed to the pump/controller! I've misplaced the spare wires and also need new connectors on the battery. It should be a simple job but I can't find anything other than speaker cable that's around the same diameter.
Any links for new cables and a suitable connection for the battery.

I need to order some new battery clamps too. I've always used the red and blue quick release ones for caravans etc. All over eBay typically about a fiver. As for cable ( somebody here will probably correct me    ) but I just use 3 core domestic flex and don't use the earth.

You should be able to get rolls of cable from Halfords or car accessories shop they go up to 60 amps

Is there anywhere you can order this pre made, controller side wires with bullet connectors to battery with the ring connector.  I asked the supplier but they won't do it!

Use suitable size jubilee clips.

When I had the problem with the controller I started cutting back the wires to makes sure it had a clean contact to rule out that possibility, but that left it short so now that the ends are oxidised I'd rather replace both wires and connections so there's no issues with the white oxidation build up as it can put strain on things.
It would have made life easier if WCW just sold them but they won't do it. Whats the word I'm looking for........ Mmmm oh Aftersales!   I wonder if Waterworks would supply it as they also sell the same tank.

If you're having oxidisation problems on the exposed bits of cable, i don't personally use bullet connectors and wouldn't recommend them, try soldering and using shrink tube...................

If you really don't want to solder, and maybe have a load of bullet connectors spare that you want to use up then liberally cover them with BP. Petroleum Jelly (Vaseline) , that will stop your oxidisation problems.

 I don't know your setup, i.e ; if you need to disconnect from battery etc... If you want quick release:

(you can get them cheaper on Ebay).
But as said above, if you leave connected and run charger out to van then using jubilee clips is a very cheap and effective method. And again, cover with BP Jelly to stop oxidisation.

Battery should normally be in there so I'll go for the jubilee option. The bullet connectors are fine as they're behind a panel next to the pump, it's not my preferred option but I'll maybe replace the wire part way up and join it with a block connector and the jubilee clips with the jelly.
