I do have George the Window Cleaner's Assistant, what would be the benefit of me changing over to your new software?

Hi Carl

This is normally a problem with the browser caching an old version of the webpage.

Try accessing directly usiing

www.windowcleanerpro.com/download.php

Hope that helps

I have personally not used George so I can't comment on what iot can and can't do. Our software is meant to bring a fresh new interface and give users another options to help run their business. You have a free trial period and I do urge you to download and at least try it.

If you like it then great, if not then you have only invested your time...this is only the first version of our software and with the feedback and advice from cleaners all over the world the software will grow and new features will be added.

Let me know if you do decide to download as it would be good to hear from someone that can compare.

Thanks

Ian

hi can i ask most of my work is fortnightly but i do full streets and out of say 40 houses on a street 10 are monthly so would i have to have the fortnightlies as 1 round and the monthlies as another round

hope that makes sense

Hi Gary,

Does make sense...yeah we decided from a managment and scheduling point of view that the frequency is set against the round. You are correct in saying that you would set up 2 rounds, one with a freq of monthly and one with a freq of fortnightly.

This way it will keep your sceduling in check

Hope that helps

Hi Ian

Have been playing around with it and its pretty good the only thing so far i don't like is
If you put a job in and it says last clean what if you make a mistake on the date how do you edit that as i can't seem to,
Would you have to delete the job and start again.

Also you need to put a round in to start it.
All my work is really close together so i only class that as 1 round so could i just put all my work in 1 round or does it have to be seperate rounds for a day or a week

Hi Paul,

No the easiet way of editng the last cleaned date is to go to the job history screen, delete that clean and add it in again. To get to job history:

Click on the 'Maintain' button next to the job.

You will see the last cleaned entry, which you can delete,

then click the 'Add Clean' button

Hope that helps and thanks for the kind words

One more thing ian

I fits my screen lovely 800 x 600
If i click maintain i cant see the stuff on the right some is hidden unless i up the resolution on my screen to 1024 x 786 then i see the whole lot.

Is there a way of resizing that to fit 800 x 600

Hi Paul,

No problem thats what Im here for  :)

I will look into this right away and try to get it to fit all on one screen. We had assumed people would be running the software on higher resolution!

Give me 1/2 hour and I'll try and get this change made for you.

To answer your questions on pda, they are trying it on just desktops at the moment.
