Window Cleaner Pro Software Launced!
« on: June 26, 2006, 07:01:19 pm »
Hi Everyone,

We have finally launched Window Cleaner Professional! To download your free trial go to www.windowcleanerpro.com and click on the download link.

On the download section there are 3 things that you can download.

1) The Quick Start Guide, which we recommend you download first as this gives you complete instructions on downloading, installing and using WCP.

2) Window Cleaner Professional Software incl. Microsoft .NET framework

3) Free Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you need to view all the reports that are generated by the system.

Like it says on the website, it’s a fairly big download but this is due to the platform that it’s built on and the functionality that WCP provides.

Have fun and please let me know if you have any problems and I will assist you personally.

My direct email is ian@windowcleanerpro.com or you can use the websites feedback form. We have forums and a live chat room that I maybe sitting in a little later on this evening and probably most of the day tomorrow to offer you any help.  There is a scheduled conference in the live chat room on Wednesday @ 8PM (GMT)

Thanks for your patience and I hope you enjoy the software

Ian

unimpressed so far ,

the programme is asking for a user name and password, also the pdf doc says there was an error opening the document , the file could not be found.

Could this be the way forward ?

Uninstalling is a massive pain as well. With Frameworks. Its also saying its running when nothing is in the background what so ever.

The problem was you had to save it to hard drive first but I have changed it now so that it will open straight away.

Try again and let me know

Thanks macc, the default username and password is admin/admin

Sorry about the teething problems  :(

Hi Justin,

Uninstallaing is easy, the software does not write itself to the regsitry and does not run as a background process. To uninstall simply go to Control Panel -> Add Remove Programs and remove Window Cleaner Professionl.

Sorry about the first couple of problems...i promise this is not a sign of things to come
