I use to have the pro 5, it would fill up in 3-4 hours, I use to only have a trickle of waste water when filling up, maybe that’s your issue

I have two of them what is it you want to know ? Sounds like you either have low water pressure or waist valve is open to much

Hi I have one.had it 9 years .at my last house water production was very slow .but down to low water pressure .put on buster pump and had a big improvement in fill rate .but was noisy and upset heigbour .got a second Ibc tank and filled this as a standby tank .so never ran out when production was slow .
