Bunbury, Cheshire. New estate needing fascias and soffits and windows cleaning

I got this text from one of my residential customers


Basically I run quite a large cleaning company from Tarporley and always do builders cleans in Cheshire on new sites. Duchy Homes are building a site in Bunbury and Milton Green just now but want the fascias and soffits and possibly outside windows done on every house. I'm in two minds as thought about buying the kit and a van and adding it to our services but thought I'd see if another local business wanted to go hand in hand. They only want one contractor so would be through us but I'd need a price per house.

I'm in Runcorn and don't cover that area
