A building company I do the occasional job for has asked for a quote on this job. I've passed on it as it's way out of my area and not the sort of job I'm experienced in or equipped for.
Job is in Watford WD25.
They need the water stains cleaned off the front and side elevations from roof level down the front aprox 6.5M depth and the side 8.5M, overall height of the building is 10.1M.
There will be scaffolding in situ.
I've had no issues with payments from the builders, my last invoice was paid in 7 days.
