Standard routine seems to be: a few people get excited, a few deride the whole idea, a few don't care. The ones who are excited order them then we never hear another word about the poles.

If they were worth the cash (and effort) I'm sure anyone who bought one would be full of it so I strongly suspect disappointment.

That sums it up perfectly.

We had a few imports from China appearing for sale on Ebay under different names. As fast as they popped up they disappeared.
Success is 1% inspiration, 98% perspiration and 2% attention to detail!

The older I get, the better I was ;)

keep seeing new clamps alot lately but gardiner clamps are spot on for me personally, think they got it nailed with the quick loc too!
has anyone seen this new god of water pole too??

£145 for a 30ft carbon pole.

BUT it's a minimum order of 50  :-\

They make the boss poles sold by bladeright and the oval ova8 poles.

So you can see the profit margins on the poles we buy is about 100%

More because I'd imagine big orders = big discounts.

i believe some of the lads who've had poles from this company say they want a sample first and get around the minimum amount pal, look for an emma zhu on facebook i think she has something to do with them and will send you price lists according to the lads on there!

I asked for 1 to test.

Answer was no, minimum order 50.

I will try contacting Emma zhu then
