OK seriously.

New customers - you just tell 'em you use wfp and that's it.

Existing cutomers.

Put this thru' their door about a week or two before they're due

Dear customer,

As you have probably read recently in the press and seen recently on BBC's newsnight program window cleaning is undergoing a fundamental change.

Due to the HSE's Working at Height Directive of April 2005 and my complying with it I am as of XXXDateXXX using a waterfed pole system to clean my customers (insert "upper" here if you want to break 'em in gently) windows.

It uses resin-purified water which is brushed on your window, thoroughly rinsed clean and then left to dry to a clear finish. You will experience a small amount of dripping from the upper windows for a few minutes and this is entirely normal.

You will be pleased to know that many previously inaccessible windows above conservatories or porches and rooflights can now be cleaned and if this applies to your property you may wish to ask me to add them to your regular requirements.

Thank you for your continuing custom and I do hope you understand the need for me to fully meet Health & Safety and Insurance guidelines and I look forward to seeing you soon.

Kind regards,

I use the cheapest leaflet possible. It works every bit as well as the more expensive ones.I print them off on the computer four to a page on A4 then get them photocopied £40 per 1000.
Then I cut them into four and that gives me 4000 fliers for £40.

My e-mail is vincent.green@virgin.net anyone who wants a copy send me your address and I'll post one off.
