Something about the name and the gaps between the letters makes it look a bit rude.
But the leaflet looks effective, I think expensive looking leaflets can put some people off - they may think 'expensive' or the company may be too big for the 'personal touch'
So i think you have the balance right.
No point saving one letter with txt though.

"Something about the name and the gaps between the letters makes it look a bit rude."

Only to people with a certain mindset!

The thing with advertising is...
different things work in different areas and in different markets.
Something that works in one area will completely fail in another area or market.
I was in advertising for over 20 years and companies would experiment with leaflets, brochures, bus advertising, posters, point of sale, direct mail, magazine and newspapers, radio... the list goes on. The key word is experiment!
Read through the posts and most have had bad experiences with Facebook. Some have had brilliant responses. They are both right. Obviously you have to get the message right or you will fail in all areas.
Just try different things and see what works for you.
I have had good responses (good ROI) from leaflets, google adwords, google business plus, referrals, sign writing, I’ve never lost money in any area of advertising. But some work better than others. Experiment to find the best way of advertising that works for you and hit it.
For instance...you could set up a small stand in tesco’s foyer and canvass every customer that comes out!
I think they still let you do it!
"Thank you for calling: if you have a 1st floor flat, mid terraced house, lots of dogs, no parking, no side access, or no sense of humour, please press hold!
For all other enquiries, please press1"

I have a market in mind, people that can afford and appreciate a decent window cleaning service.

I like your flyer, and some of the wording matches my flyer. I'm going to put some pictures in and give it a whirl.

Thanks

We deliver a lot of leaflets - the last print run was for 290k.

Look through Ian Lancaster's back posts, I think he has one of his flyers on there.

Another place to look is Dan Kennedy's books. He is THE guru of small business marketing.

Here is how I would amend your leaflet:

1. Get a personalised pic of you and your van.
2. Decrease the size of the logo to about 20% of the size it is now and put it at the bottom.
3. You are self-printing and self-delivering and so use this to your advantage by including time dated offers on the copy and personalise it to the town / village you are targetting
4. Write it from the point of view of what your customer values, and NOT from the point of view of: "This is all about ME"
5. Copy is too small. You want something with 'floor shout'

Something like this:

Who ELSE in (insert town / village) wants crystal clear windows?

"Insert Testimonial here from one of your Customers on Yell / facebook"

Respond by 8 pm TODAY (insert date) and we will clean
your front ground floor fascias AND garage door FREE of charge!

Good luck.
