Jetmac any good?
« on: September 05, 2018, 08:52:37 am »
I've read a lot about Jetmac on here and Rutland pumps, but dont know who I should buy from. Quick summary of what ive learnt:

Jetmac- lots of choice on website, big range, good youtube channel with maintenance and product help. But according to people on this forum customer service is lacking.

Rutland pumps- the favoured supplier of commercial pressure washers amongst the majority of forum members, good customer service. Less choice on website, smaller range of pressure washers.

So my main question is, will Rutland pumps make a machine to your specifications if you ask them, and if so, who should I go with?

Ben at Rutland pumps is very good I have bought a lot of kit off him over the years , thouroughly recomend him , Ime sure if you give him a ring he can sort out what you need , the other company you mentioned were not very helpful at all when I contacted then that’s why I started dealing with Ben

Company number one is really a general supermarket supplier you get stuff off the shelf not really knowing if it’s the right thing for you

Company number two (Ben) is a specialist who will advise you on what you really need and and build a machine to your spec.

Who.  Would you rather deal with a general sales team person with no experience or an expert in their field -bit on a no brainier really

Never argue with an idiot, they will only bring you down to their level, and beat you with experience

We can build practically anything to your own spec, website should be finished soon :) but I've been saying that since march.
