The work is 17 years old & generates £3,00 pm and that's going very steady. 70% pay cash the rest by Bank Transfer every 4 weeks, by WTF. Worcester & Kidderminster is every 6 weeks. We have also 2 block's of flats every 6 week's at £280 1 man can do this by himself in a Day! The reason for selling is i've had enough of the cleaning industry if i'm honest!
