Not really. We use cleaner planner. If I'm in the office I do the worksheets for the next day or the girls do it if I'm not in. Today I did 10 worksheets for tomorrow (164 jobs) in about half hour. Just over £4000 in total on the sheets
So that’s around £24 per job do you have a minimum price per job and if so how did you come up with it ? Do you get many say that’s to expensive ? What’s your conversion rate from enquiries to actual work ? We do a lot of housing estates with 3 bed semis and cannot charge anything like your prices for that type of thing we would struggle to charge more than £10 and we live in an affluent area
If you cover a wide enough area can’t you just quote what you think is right and just shrug your shoulders if they won’t pay it in an area? That’s what I do.

I work in a mix of areas and sometimes I find the ones who live in what they feel is an affluent area are the ones who are the most tight fisted. But thats not the whole lot, so you will get some for the price you want and if not, try a different sea.
What Lee is proving is that if ones are very serious about expanding their business and very focused in doing so, that it is possible, regardless of how big you want to make that expansion
